Wayne Johnson

FAREWELL TO A DEAR FRIEND

It is with a very heavy heart we have to say goodbye to another friend and club member.

Wayne Johnson, one of our youngest members, lost his fight with bowel and liver cancer on 16th July 2026

Wayne was a good friend and a long time member of the club. He would pop up and attend most events, in his quiet, gentle way. A true meaning for a Gentleman.

Wayne knew his cancer was not curable and expressed his wish to have a true motorcycle funeral with motorcycle sidecar and motorcycle outriders. We will post details here as soon as we know and give as much notice for his friends to honour him on his final ride, with as many bikes as are able to make it.

Our condolences go to his best friend and sister, Donna and his mum Jenny.

RIP Wayne
