Indian Riders National Rally - 25th August to 1st September 2011 Venue: Isle of Man, Manx Week To celebrate the centenary of Indian winning 1st, 2nd & 3rd places at the TT races in 1911, we thought this an appropriate venue for the club rally in 2011. Due to the restrictions on getting ferries and accommodation, we will need to book this rally early. We have been in touch with the VMCC who organise the classic events for the Manx and we are arranging some joint ventures during the week. There are some extra costs to participating due to insurance and full details to follow to all club members. We have found a great little campsite and are in the process of taking deposits and bookings. For the booking form please contact clubsecretary@indianriders.co.uk if you have not received yours in the post. Bookings for the campsite need to be made by 31st July 2011. There are also some B&B;s available within walking distance of the campsite but these are on a first come, first serve basis. Demand will be high. We are also arranging a discounted group booking for the ferrys from Liverpool and Heysham. The discount will only be applicable if travel is made between a Monday and a Thursday. For travel on Friday, Saturday & Sunday the full fare is applicable. The dates of the rally have been amended to accommodate this offer. |
